Instrument order form

Welcome to your first year of band at 75 Morton, students and parents/guardians! As a student in band, you will be renting an instrument from Ardsley Music with this online form. Here are the important details you need to know as you fill this out:

• The options for instrument rental this year for Morton's band are flute, clarinet, alto saxophone, trumpet, trombone, and percussion.
• Rental fees cover instrument rental for the school year, delivery of instrument to the school, and normal wear-and-tear repairs. The required Damage Protection is automatically checked in the form. (You are note required to enroll in the optional Instrument Replacement Plan). 
• Student instrument assignments will be confirmed at the beginning of September. Below you will find the accessories that MUST be purchased with each instrument. No other accessories listed are necessary.
  • ​Flute- KIT - swab ($3.25)
  • Clarinet- KIT - 3 Reeds, Cork Grease, Swab, Mouthpiece Brush; REED SIZE 2 ($12.99)
  • Alto Saxophone- KIT - 3 Reeds, Cork Grease, Swab, Mouthpiece Brush; REED SIZE 2 ($14.99)
  • Trumpet- KIT - Valve Oil, Tuning Slide Lube, Mouthpiece Brush ($6.49)
  • Trombone- KIT - Slide Oil, Tuning Slide Lube, Mouthpiece Brush ($6.49)
  • Snare Drum-KIT - Sticks (5B), Practice Pad ($12.95)
